submitted by Kaitlin W. - May 27, 2022|Recommended: YesWould Recommend Apartment — We have been here for a little over a year and enjoyed our apartment. I have never had issues with neighbors or noise. The staff are always timely with their announcements and are available for questions when they are in office. Any time we have some maintenance issues, it is always within a day or two and maintenance is always friendly and easy to work with. I will say that if you are looking for a more modern apartment with laminate flooring or carpet, and updated utilities, this is probably not the apartment for you. If the other units are like our 2 bed 2bath, the master bathroom has carpet near the sink. We haven't had issues with this but if there were some excessive water spills or anything, it would take a while to either dry or hard to clean up. Additionally, the carpet could be updated in our apartment or pulled . These are just things they could eventually improve on. The current price we pay is reasonable and reflects the condition of the apartment. Again, our apartment has been great

Pet Policy

Animals trained to assist blind, deaf, or other disabled individuals are always permitted if all documentation is completed and approved. The fees listed below are not applicable. See Management for additional information. • TWO (2) ANIMAL MAXIMUM (does not include caged animals). • Animal Rent: $30 rent per month per dog or cat • Deposit: $350 additional deposit per dog or cat • Fees: $300 Non-refundable Animal Fee per cat and $300 Non-refundable Animal Fee per dog • Cat: At least one (1) year old. Prior to final approval, proof that the cat has been neutered or spayed. • Dog: 50 lbs. or less, at least one (1) year old. Prior to final approval, proof that the dog is licensed in the City of Boise is required along with veterinarian records dated within the last twelve (12) months that show age, weight and proof of rabies vaccination and that the dog has been neutered or spayed. • Dog Breed Restrictions: Breeds of dogs with known propensities, including Pit Bulls (also known as Staffordshire Terriers) Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Siberian Huskies, Malamutes, Bulldogs, Wolf-dog hybrids, ChowChows, Great Danes and Rottweiler’s are prohibited and are not considered ordinary house pets. • Prior to final approval, a photo of each cat and or dog must be provided. A visual assessment of the animal may be requested. • Caged Animals: No birds allowed. Must weigh less than 3 lbs. at adult age. $100 additional deposit required. Maximum of 2 caged animals permitted. Aquarium: 10 gallon maximum and one (1) filtered aquarium maximum. $100 additional deposit and proof of renter’s insurance required.
